Decorative ribbons were originally used on traditional Norwegian folk costumes known as bunad. Thus, they are strongly rooted in Norwegian tradition and culture. The ribbons on our Setesdal sweater and jackets carries the pattern from one of our most popular folk costumes, the Setesdal bunad.
