The Egersund is a tote with generous capacity and a small interior pocket for essentials. Knitted in 100% fine Norwegian wool and lined with a windproof fabric, the tote is fully reversible, allowing for a more understated look when preferred.

The design is drawn directly from the Egersund Christmas sweater, featuring the classic eight-petal rose paired with a subtle lice pattern that adds texture. The balance between bold motifs and finer details creates a playful yet refined expression, closely tied to Norwegian knitwear heritage and the atmosphere of Norwegian Christmas.

Njord – fine Norwegian wool: Made from 100% fine Norwegian wool sourced from the sheep’s very first shearing, this yarn features short fibers that create a finer, softer feel. The result is a thin, lightweight yarn with a crisp look, natural crimp, and the exceptional longevity for which Norwegian wool is known. Norwegian wool is one of the world’s most animal-friendly textile fibers, as the sheep roam freely in vast mountain landscapes, grazing on natural pastures. To make the yarn machine washable, it undergoes the innovative EXP treatment, which uses natural, non-toxic salts. (Fiber diameter 30.5 micron). Hand wash only.
