Leknes Totebag

A spacious tote bag that holds just about everything you need for everyday use, complete with a small interior pocket for essentials. Crafted from undyed wool and lined with a windproof fabric, the tote is also reversible for days when you prefer a more understated look. Its detailed pattern draws on traditional Norwegian design elements.

Nature Undyed – undyed lightweight wool: Our undyed lightweight wool (colorway M00) is sourced from Uruguay and showcases the natural color variations of the fiber, ranging from darker to brighter tones. These different shades are sorted and blended into mélanges, creating a limited range of natural colors. Since there is no dyeing process involved, the yarn remains 100% natural and biodegradable. The absence of dyeing eliminates the need for the chemicals typically used in this process, while also conserving resources like water and energy. (Fiber diameter: 27 micron). Hand wash only.

The tote bag features the pattern from our Leknes sweater, including the stylized, rounded eight-petal rose originally derived from our 1984 Olympic sweater (Sarajevo). It is named after the village of Leknes in Lofoten.
