This super-soft merino wool scarf is knitted in a generous, wrap-friendly size for comfortable everyday wear. The skin-soft, itch-free wool provides lightweight warmth while remaining easy to style across the season.

A dynamic all-over pattern adds visual depth and movement, drawing on Dale of Norway’s knitwear heritage. Motifs from the design archive – including the eight-petal rose, classic lice patterns, and traditional border details – are reinterpreted through subtle embossed lines, creating a textured, graphic expression.

Zefir – skin soft merino wool: Our superwash merino wool is one of the finest wool qualities available. Sourced from merino sheep living in warm climates, it features very fine, long staple fibers that provide exceptionally smooth next-to-skin comfort. (Fiber diameter 20.5 microns). Can be machine-washed on a wool cycle.

Vardåsen is a ski resort in Asker, just a 30-minute drive from downtown Oslo. Its name originates from the signal beacons (“varde”) that Vikings once placed on mountaintops and high ridges as an early warning system. These beacons were visible from peak to peak – and when danger approached, fires were lit to spread the alarm across the land.
